Sistahs Listening Lounge

The Sistahs Listening Lounge is a life-changing journey of sisterhood and connection, created for women from all walks of life to share their stories and challenges. Our circle supports and uplifts one another through open-hearted conversations, offering the opportunity to find comfort, healing, and empowerment through the collective wisdom and shared experiences of the circle.

Girls2Great

Supporting Black girls in self-care and wellness is the cornerstone of My Serenity Sanctuary’s mission and vision. We provide a comprehensive programmatic approach for young ladies ages 13-17 in the areas of body image, communication, self-esteem, peer pressure, sexual health, goal-setting, relationships, and colorism. Mindfulness Meditation Hours is dedicated to finding a sense of inner calm, clarity, and presence through the practice of mindfulness meditation. This program provides a regular opportunity to engage in guided meditation sessions.
